Fawn Fitzsimmons Russo
Fawn is a visionary who believes that aligning our path from the heart keeps us in balance with the natural flow of all life.
A seeker of spiritual knowledge and growth, Fawn began studying Indigenous spiritual healing in 1998 with Michael Harner and his Journey Work Institute where she is a three-year graduate. She continued her studies in the modalities of spiritual healing with Brazilian healer Carlos Sauer and Maria Sauer in Brazil.
Trained as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Fawn has developed a successful practice since 2000. She has studied with The Upledger Foundation, and is a cranial sacral and somato emotional release therapist.
Since 2003 Fawn has been studying structural yoga therapy with Mukunda Stiles, and is a certified structural yoga therapist.
In 2006 Fawn began studying lymphatic therapy. Understanding the importance of our lymph system and the lack of awareness our society has about it has prompted Fawn to begin teaching hands on lymphatic health workshops.
Fawn is a spiritual healer, structural yoga teacher and therapist, who has taught group and private classes in spiritual healing, wellness and yoga in New York, New Jersey, Costa Rica and the north Oregon coast since 2000. Most recently Fawn has been teaching yoga, inner journey workshops, and lymphatic classes at her studio and wellness center, Parinamah in Manzanita, Oregon.
Fawn has chosen to live and work as a wellness entrepreneur in rural communities for thirty years. Since 1985 Fawn has created four businesses on the north Oregon coast, three of which you may enjoy in Manzanita, Oregon today.
